Band castration is easy and affordable. Expands an elastic "O" ring that slides over the scrotum including testicles and can also be used on tails. The released "O" ring squeezes shut all arteries supplying blood. After a period of 10-20 days the tail or scrotum falls off. This model is slightly wider allowing the bands to fit around larger testicles. The latch on the tool is used to hold the handles in place for proper positioning.
